Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds may be considered for paid access on Spring Pharmacy and how requests are reviewed.
1. Eligibility for refunds
- Course content differs materially from its description.
- Technical issues prevent access and cannot be reasonably resolved.
- A refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase where applicable.
2. How to request a refund
Send your request and order details to support@springpharmacy.com.
3. Refund process
Requests are reviewed, and if approved, refunds are returned through the original payment method within the stated processing window.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Change of mind after the refund window.
- Completion of most or all course content.
- Violation of platform terms or misuse of services.
